Returns Policy

Our guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Within 14 days of original purchase: Kooey gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in – including hygiene strips intact and price/swingtags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method you used when ordering online ( credit card or via bank transfer, money order)  If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instruct. There's no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges—we'll just ask that you pay for the return postage.
